We provide a compassionate, neuroscience-informed blend of online trauma counselling, mindfulness training, and hypnotherapy. Approaches include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), breathwork, IFS (Internal Family Systems) and bespoke mindfulness techniques to support healing from anxiety, trauma, and burnout. 


  

A wide range of experiences can benefit, whether from a single traumatic event or persistent stress, such as: accidents, assault, loss, childhood trauma, or chronic overwhelm. Our approach helps you process and integrate emotional and physiological responses, even those rooted deep in your nervous system. 


  

 In the initial session, we’ll:

  • Build a safe and trusting environment
  • Listen closely to your story, at your own pace
  • Introduce grounding and emotional regulation techniques
  • Co-create goals for your journey ahead 


    

We use evidence-based approaches such as:

  • EMDR, for reprocessing traumatic memories safely 
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to reframe unhelpful thought patterns 
  • IFS, for memory reconsolidation and building a compassionate relationship in the nervous system
  • Polyvagal, to help you understand how your nervous works
  • Mindfulness & Breathwork, to calm the nervous system and foster present-moment awareness 


Length of therapy varies. Some clients see progress in just six sessions; others may benefit from longer-term support depending on the depth and complexity of concerns. We regularly reassess to ensure your needs and therapeutic goals are met. Ultimately, we work until you feel better.

Yes! Online sessions provide the same level of intimacy and efficacy, plus added flexibility. You can receive support from the comfort of your own space, usually via video or phone. 


  

  Absolutely. Everything shared in sessions remains strictly confidential, with exceptions only when legally required (e.g., serious risk to safety – yourself or someone else). Your privacy and safety are always paramount. 


    

Yes! We offer a free 15-minute introductory session. This allows you to meet us, ask questions, and see if our approach feels right for you.
